Optimized for Line-Side Material Flow

Material handling carts play a crucial role in improving workplace efficiency and safety by facilitating the transport and organization of heavy or bulk materials. Reduce waste in motion and inventory, and quickly deliver goods to and from production cells. Promote safety and efficiency throughout your facility by eliminating the risks of manual lifting and dangerous forklift traffic, integrating lightweight material handling carts, trolleys, and when feasible, small, motorized trains to reduce distance traveled and time spent moving materials. Our AluPro options offer an especially high strength-to-weight ratio, giving you lightweight durability for no hassle, no worry material transport.

IPS material push carts are modular solutions designed to improve efficiency, ergonomics, and safety on the production floor. Each cart is engineered to deliver parts and materials directly to the point of use, reducing operator movement and supporting lean manufacturing principles.

Our carts are built from durable aluminum profiles and connectors, making them easy to assemble, adjust, and reconfigure as production needs change.

Purpose-Built for Manufacturing Environments

Unlike generic utility carts or warehouse trolleys, IPS modular push carts are designed specifically for line-side use, enabling smooth delivery of parts and materials where they are needed most.

Common applications:
  • Assembly cell material delivery

  • Kitting and sub-assembly support

  • Kanban and pull-based replenishment

  • Custom configurations for unique production needs

Modular and Configurable

Our push carts follow widely adopted modular design principles, allowing layouts to be customized, expanded, or reconfigured to suit your workflow.

  • Adjustable shelves and trays for bins and totes

  • Single or multi-tier configurations

  • Static or mobile options with durable casters

  • Optional drawer, divider, or tool-holding accessories

Why Manufacturers Choose IPS Material Handling Carts

  • Canadian-based supplier with domestic support

  • Shorter lead times and predictable delivery

  • Focused on finished systems, not just components

  • Designed to integrate seamlessly with line-side operations

  • Ergonomic, safe, and durable for daily use

From Concept to Delivery. How it works:

1. Tell us about your project

Share your layout, sketch, or bill of materials and our project manager will work with you to gather the relevant information to get started including your carts required dimensions, elevations and constraints.

2. Design

With your collaboration, our engineers will design or validate a custom cart configuration to suit your exact application and specifications. 3D CAD drawings and renderings will be submitted for your approval.

3. Delivery and Installation

Our team will will deliver your cart system fully assembled and turn key. In most cases your cart system arrives ready to be implemented on your production floor. In some cases, we can deliver it in kitted form for you to assemble on site.

Fully modular, easy to assemble, and adaptable to changing production needs.
