Two E-16 joints provide a simple universal bracket with slotted center-mount hole. This can be used to fix a panel at halfway across the thickness of the pipe. This combination is often used when the board must be within the structure rather than above it. No mounting hardware is included. User can select the a screw / bolt of their choosing depending on the material being secured.
